Notes Required when

1. On return to school after child has been off sick
2. Child has to stay in at playtime
3. Child has to be excused from some school activity
4. Child has to leave school early or is being collected by some adult not known to the teacher
5. Child is unable to do homework
6. Child is not wearing school uniform
7. Prior to family holiday during school year
